As a small business in operation for over eleven years, we have seen it all — and we mean everything. In this time, we have learned that we need some ground rules to maintain our business — so we can beautify yours.

LATE POLICY
If you're running late, Bronzed reserves the right to change the appointment to fit the time remaining or decline the service.  It will cut your appointment time if we can still accommodate you. If we cannot see you, you will be charged 100% of the service ​

CANCELLATION or NO SHOW
If you cancel or reschedule within 24 hours before your appointment, you will be charged 50% of your booked services. If you cancel or reschedule within FOUR (4) hours of your appointment or no-show, you will be charged 100% of your service. If you need to cancel or reschedule outside of salon hours within your 24-hr period, it will be considered a same-day cancellation.

After four no-shows or late cancellations, you will no longer be able to book online and will need to reach out to the salon to schedule your appointment. We will require pre-payment at your time of booking (refundable if you need to cancel before our 24-hour cancellation period).

TANNING PARTY POLICY
All appointments must be booked together for parties of 5 or more to receive a party discount. Our cancellation policy applies to all party appointments scheduled starting at the time of the first appointment. If canceling/rescheduling within 24 hours of the first appointment, 50% of the whole party will be charged. If canceling/rescheduling FOUR (4) hours before the first appointment, 100% of all appointments in the party will be charged.​

SERVICE POLICY
If you are dissatisfied with any service, please let us know ASAP. The sooner we know, the better. If you are unsatisfied with the work performed, we require you to return to the salon so we can visually inspect our work. At that time, adjustments are available at no cost within 24 hours of the initial service with your original service provider.

TANNING CLOTHING POLICY

Ladies, you are welcome to wear as little or as much as you are comfortable wearing - just keep unwanted tan lines in mind! Gentlemen, we require that you wear underwear or swim trunks.

MOBILE SERVICES

Price may vary based on mileage from our Downtown location. A traveling fee will be applied to services 10+ miles away from the salon. Prices are subject to change. Please inquire for a quote!

GRATUITY

Due to high credit card processing fees, we appreciate cash gratuity for our staff.

CONDUCT

At Bronzed, we love babies and dogs just as much as you do. However, for the safety and comfort of all our guests, we kindly request that you leave them at home during your visit.

We love having you as a guest but reserve the right to refuse service at any time, to anyone, for any reason.

REFUNDS: SERIES, PRODUCTS, GIFT CERTIFICATES, PACKAGES

Certificates, Memberships, and Packages are non-refundable.  Unused, unopened products are eligible for returns 14 days after purchase.  If you are unhappy with the results of your service and have received a redo and are still not satisfied, Bronzed management will use reasonable and fair judgment on any decision to refund you.

TERMS

Commitment phobic? We won’t force you to stay. Or even require a minimum period of participation.

A five-business day notice before your next billing cycle is required if you wish to cancel or freeze your membership.

Freeze or cancel your membership at your whim (just fill out a waiver).

POLICIES

  • No-show, late and cancellation policies apply to all members.
  • You cannot use your benefits before they are accrued.
  • Unused benefits do not roll over.
  • Membership month begins on the date of payment and will automatically renew on the same day every month - the credit card on file will be used.
  • To start, cancel or freeze your membership, you MUST fill out our membership, cancellation, or freeze form.
  • If you cancel your membership and wish to reactivate, there is a $50 reactivation fee.
  • You can freeze your membership a maximum of two times per year.
  • Freezing removes your access temporarily to your benefits until the membership is resumed.
  • Freezes last up to the following three billing periods, and then payment will begin again unless your membership is canceled.
  • Once you freeze or cancel your membership, you do not have access to your benefits.
  • Mobile services will incur an additional fee (in addition to your membership pricing).
